Mike Brinkman
President
Mr. Brinkman joined LTC in 2003 with extensive expertise in laser system design and management. He has led the company’s technical team in developing advanced non-contact, laser-based measurement, and inspection technologies. His leadership supports LTC’s commitment to operational excellence, continuous product innovation, employee development, and customer-centric service.
He earned both Bachelor and Master of Science degrees in Electrical Engineering from the University of California, Irvine, and holds an MBA from Santa Clara University.

Jason Waligura
VP of Business Development
Mr. Waligura brings over 25 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. In 2014, he co-founded a service company to introduce LTC’s high-precision bore mapping technology to the oilfield, deploying BEMIS scanners for offshore riser, production tubing, and OCTG inspections across multiple countries. Since joining LTC in 2025, he has focused on expanding the company’s presence in the Defense sector and pursuing new opportunities within the Energy industries.
He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Petroleum Engineering from Texas A&M University and has contributed to numerous technology deployments in the drilling sector. Mr. Waligura is also the holder of several patents.
